When extra-large hurricane `Katrina` went to north, it caused very big damage. There are many problems including a loss of lives, 80% of New Orleans`s inundation and plunder etc. Above all we can`t understand what it is like when you lost your lovers, home, and everything. Truly can`t they prevent a disaster of New Orleans? There are many gossip about accident because New Orleans is a big city of America. Many people say although it determines on conquest of Iraq by all means it could practice it, she is powerless in front of nature. But that America experienced like this accident old days is the biggest problem.

What problem causes to big disaster which occur 800 of the dead though they already know sorrow due to floods old days? Truly we are familiar to a situation. Every summer we often experience floods. Every at that time in news the anchor man report largely and a government adopt by way of make shift measure.
Like America we couldn`t think deep the other day`s accident and prepare a appropriate measure. So every summer floods used to go up north, cause a flood disaster and many people are afraid of it. While what is worse there are some people who think every year going north of floods is natural. A requirement of being an advanced nation is not the improvement of living standards and technology but capacity of practicing nature.
