본문내용
The human variation is resulted from many evolutionary factors such as genetic drift, founder effect, gene flow, and adaptations to environmental conditions. Among these factors, environmental pressures are interesting factor which force human to be changed, such as: solar radiation, heat, cold, high altitude or one infectious disease. In this assignment, I would like to focus on the environmental pressures of high altitude to see how the physical environment, biology, and culture interact.
Living in high altitude area creates biological variations in human. About 25 million people live in high altitude zones, such as; Ethiopia, South America, Tibet and so on. One of the special characteristics of variation in human is more number of red corpuscles than the people in lowland area.
