I. Introduction
Japan is the world`s second-largest economic nation and one of the world`s leading industrialized countries, which located just beside Korea. After the World War II, Japan had to start their economic development from the scratch and succeeded to be the economic leading country in Asia. For three decades, overall real economic growth had been a 10% average in 1960s, a 5% average in the 1970s, and a 4% average in the 1980s. Growth slowed markedly in the 1990s largely due to over-investment during the late 1980s and excessive speculation in stock and real estate markets. However, as all know, Japan shows a sign of recovery this year and many economic experts are expecting Japan`s revival.
