When dealing with online only retailers, customers can run into difficulty in the customer service area or with returns. Often times, representatives are available only by phone or email and customers do not have the benefit of presenting their problem in person. Some retailers include all you need to make a return along with the merchandise, but others require returns to be authorized beforehand. Customers should carefully read the company’s return policy and also be aware of the company’s reputation before making a purchase. If they have not purchased from that company before,
