Thai food is one of the things that every foreigner should try when they come to Thailand. The characteristics of Thai foods are made of noodle, curry, sweet and sour sauces, and long-time needed ingredients adding to short-time needed ones. Making people’s mouths water as well as using fresh herbs so as to be good for our health and be easy to digest, Thai foods are getting popular.
Another reason of this is the beauty of dishes. //Thai chefs are proud of their dishes from the decoration by slicing or carving vegetables, meat, and fruit. They let us know there is not only the taste of the food but also the pleasure of eyes with all kinds of fruits and vegetables. That is, Thai dishes satisfy eyes, noses, and tongues of eaters including their delicacy, sweetness, and freshness. // The main ingredients are fish, vegetables, and herbs except big meats because of their life style. However, Thai doesn’t forbid meats at all, and people should sell them as sliced ones yet should not sell them on 4 every single month at markets in Thai. Besides, they cook with chickens, fishes, birds, and frogs as meals.
