1. self - evaluation
I have been praised my English fluency by foreigners or teachers. Even though I think I am still poor at English, I can exchange my own thoughts with others in English. Conveying opinions can be difficult for many English learners but I feel no problems of dealing with many issues and items for debates, arguments, and discussions.
I have also week point in my English proficiency. I feel always difficulty in using English grammar. From all my school days, I had no regard for studying English grammar. I hated memorizing all the rules so I didn`t study English grammar much. These days, yet, I am trying to study English grammar to teach my student.
2. the most effective approach to the learning of English
I feel gratitude that I have taken communicative English learning so far. Of course, I didn`t know that education I got was interactive approach in teaching method. But as a student who studies English education, I got to know that the education I got was the communicative method. My English teachers tried and created a learning environment encouraging fluency, self-confident usage of the language.
When I was a elementary student, I attend to private English institute and enjoyed games everyday. A game could be any activity that formalizes a technique into units that can be scored in some way.
