1. IntroductionThe most fundamental task of management is that motivating a workforce. Organizations have been motivating the workforce to perform effectively by providing awards and punishments. The main issues of this case study are how perception and motivation can affect in the society of a firm and how it comes up in the organization in terms of attribution. There is a concept which is perception made by people in a group. People always build up the definitions of the information around us in the world. Moreover, the other concept, motivation, is the reasons why people behave and respond by their actions. In terms of perception and motivation are entirely contributed in any forms of organization in many ways. In this case study, we can find two main problems. To analyze and solve these problems, there are some concepts what we have to look at. The First concept is about perception with social identity, self-fulfilling prophecy and attribution. The second concept is related to motivation involved Herzberg’s dual-structure theory and expectancy theory. These theories will be applied to analyze and solve problems.
