1. Improve my daily diet by including more fruits and vegetables into my daily intake while still taking in the number of calories, as well as carbohydrates and protein needed for my body to regain energy and get stronger.
2. Continue to lift weights hard 4 days a week. I am striving to hang clean 300 lbs, bench press 400 lbs, and squat 500 lbs by August 1, 2008. Lifting weights is an important factor in my life as an athlete and I need to continue to work hard in the weight room.
3. Continue my habits of doing great amount of cardiovascular workouts 4-5 days a week, including the variety of workouts that I perform. Some of these cardio workouts include: speed training, long distance training, conditioning, as well as flexibility workouts to improve muscle flexibility.
4. Become much better about getting the recommended amount of “good sleep” a night. I need to average, at the very least, between 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
