본문내용
One of the more potential energy sources from anaerobic digestion is that of farm wastes and has given added impetus since the dramatic rises in energy and fertilizer costs .Anaerobic treatment processes have only a small demand for process energy. The gas generated during the treatment process , depending on the type of waste ,allows a surplus of energy and saves fossil fuels. Pig slurry is considered a strong agricultural waste and thus constitutes a great pollution hazard.
We focused on this particular type of waste, pig slurry, as a pollutant of water on the earth and we considered the five biochemical properties which are BOD5, CODCr. TN, TP and SS.
2. Materials and methods (TN: Total Nitrogen)
① The principle of the analysis of that parameter
nitrogen compound - inorganic : NO3-N, NO2-N, NH3-N
- organic : amino acid, urine
Nitrogen compound in samples with alkaly potassium persulfate(K2S2O8) and organic materials (at 120℃) make degraded so that causes oxidation to nitrogen ion.
