1. The industry background
Game industry of our country has expanded and become popular culture in our daily lives after the appearance of online games.
The economic and commercial value that game industry has now accounts for more than half of the whole culture contents sales, so carries out a role as the main contents industry and the source of the creative economy; and it’s pretty important to keep developing the industry through continuous fosterage and supporting policy as well during our next years. However, the industry is getting suffered economically and culturally by various game control laws caused by the negative awareness that game is unwholesome entertainment.
Also, we yielded our position as the world’s greatest online game powerhouse to China, so reached the point to salvage some pride of our game industry which has developed the high-quality games traditionally.
It is true that several problems relevant to playing games began to appear recently; but we need some measures to improve those problems
