Marshall & Gordon, a global public relations firm, has recently widened its service offerings to include “Executive Positioning Practice (EPP)”, which requires significantly more teamwork, higher-level client interaction and more strategic-minded consultants than their traditional PR works. However, the firm announced to maintain the current compensation system for rewarding EPP performance. This decision generates lots of complaints from employees.
